A few proposals.

Just so I don't bore everyone to death with the quantity of my typed crap, I'll make it short and simple:

I thin a few events r in order during the weekends in the alliance. such as:

1. FoW/ UW/ DoA , where we talk about and assemble teams beforehand.
2. Farming runs, just random selections but it's more fun to do it in the alliance than alone.
3. Races. So we've done droks, we've done ascalon-LA, kaineng-kurzick etc, why not race around?
4. Scavenger hunts. Well, let's say we fill a party with alliance guys... the guy callin the hunt goes off and puts the item somewhere. Then, the whole 8 man team splits up and attempts to find the item.
5. Vanquishing. More peeps = stronger party = faster run.
6. Even doing easy missions together. We could just have some fun doing crap we shouldn't in a mission, aggroing too many guys and so forth.

Just think about it. I'm waitin for some replies on my idea :/

I think having some formal events as well would be fun. Maybe have an alliance get together in a different hall once or twice a month just to chill. But then again, I like to stand around towns and talk for hours, I don't know how you guys feel about that. Lol.

Wouldn't hurt. Besides, we do talk 30% of the time we play xD ... or even 60% in some cases.. I'm for that, as long as i got time to waste (my time's narrowing due to my exams >.>)
