Alliance in peril, or maybe just some guilds...

I have grown tired of some guilds not caring at all about what I told them this alliance is about. I explained that GwoN alliance is about having fun playing the game you like it (aka NOT a PvP or PvE only guild) AND chatting with other people. The chatting part isn't THAT important as long as there is some interaction between the guilds.

If there are no connections between the guilds the alliance has no purpose, and that is something that I will change now. If you want to stay in the alliance you better have your leader or at least some officer contact me so I can talk about their guild and the alliance. If NO ONE from a guild contacts me the guild will be kicked out. Not something I want to do because almost in all guilds there are at least one or two people that I really wouldn't like to lose from alliance.

You have time until about 6th/7th day. I won't give any exact time for the deadline because I don't want everyone trying to contact me on the last minute. If you see me online you better contact me immediately if you wish to stay in alliance because I'm not online 24/7.

Also, as exceptions from this is Arqz as they have gone trough this when last time the alliance was pretty much reformed. Other exceptions are Fury and Ice as they are both practically led by Snake.

And I anyone answers to this topic they better have something to say. If you are not officer or leader of your guild don't reply here if it's not to inform me that the leader/officers have been informed. Because that is something I'd like to know if they won't register to forums and are trying to contact me. Other than that officers and leaders are free to contact me here. And contact me ON THIS TOPIC AND NOT PRIVATE MESSAGES. If I get private messages concerning this subject I make them public by posting them here as I want this to stay so that everyone in alliance can know where things are going.

And for the last thing, I WANT and REQUIRE EVERYONE on forums to have their guild tag after their name and then letter stating their status in their guild.

As I've also explained to Creme, ziesycake, no need to stress over a game. There's fun, cool people and then there's dumb people. We don't need to annoy ourselves over the dumb people.
Good idea with the thing there were some guilds which actually sucked. (I state my anonymity in expression and won't validate my choices on a forum, ask my opinion, but creme alrdy knows it).

And you don't really need to say that Fury's an exception just cause of me, because you know I never recruited assholes, and cloud's never gonna be an asshole. I'll have a chat with him as soon as possible regarding activity on forums, and rest assured, since creme and even you could probably agree, he's a great guy, and a healthy choice for a right hand man in my opinion.

Also, I hear you wanna talk to me regarding my split of Ice and Fury. Let me just keep this simple: Me, Alex, Amy, Drago, Nox = Romanian (you know that). Them + a few other buddies of mine that are also Romanian needed a guild to chill in till we get over exams (since 2 of them were also GLs ). Ice just relieves us of our duties as leaders, organisers, recruiters, farmers etc for the upcoming mental torture ^^ That and when the crap ends, we might go back. I'm saying might because I like Ice, the name's cool, the cape's cool, the hall's cool. I'm not dissing Fury, I love my old guild as much as my guildies, but cloud is capable, he's active and he actually deals well with organising the peeps around. I haven't given up, I point out what he's doing wrong and what I don't like regarding changes, plus I've left him with a set of rules when I did.

First you say how it's just a game and not worth stressing over with, and next you say "Ice just relieves us of our duties as leaders, organisers, recruiters, farmers etc" as if it was something you need to do but don't want to. Snake, you need to decide what is your opinion before you start talking. Besides, Fury and Ice weren't exceptions because they would be "All ok" since you are the leader. The are exceptions because you are the leader of both of them. You will have to decide which guild you lead, if you won't they will both be kicked out. You wanting to be able to have chat (guild chat) with your few friends isn't good enough reason for me to let you have two guilds in the alliance.

I'll try to be on as much as I can until 7th so this can be dealt as quickly as possible.

And I'm bit confused with YOTU, because I heard you were confused why you're not anymore in alliance. I didn't kick you so your leader (ex-leader maybe if you have new one now) must have left it.

if youd be willing to give us another shot I'd greatly appreciate it. I have already given Synthetic Ecstacy the 1k for the reinvite if youll have us if not ill just get the cash back from her and will bid you farewell. though id rather that 1k went to a reinvitation if it is possible.

Zies, I gave an opinion on how you should take the current situation ( no stressing over a game) and then a perspective upon what I should attempt (relief of leader duties) get it? Sometimes, people don't express themselves in a way that meets your logic, because each person has his different logical pattern to expression and vocabulary. Thus, you cannot name me illogical just because you don't completely understand me, it just means we're not the same. And don't lecture me, you know I hate that.
